Rob Poulos: His Story & History

Yes, yes. I am trying to be a bit clever about the title. But this post is to give a bit more story about Rob Poulos. I got this story from Rob’s website.

What interests me in his fat burning furnace system, is when I learn about Rob’s history. See, Rob Poulos himself was an overweight person his whole life. So I know that FBF system is designed by a person who understands the struggle that an overweight person goes through to achieve the dream weight and body shape.

Right now, Rob Poulos is a fit, 35 year old man living in Michigan, with a wife named Kaylen and two kids. But from an early age, Rob has been struggling with his own weight. And throughout his life, he went through what most of us did; going through diets, pills, exercises, and machines in our long quest to lose that extra pounds. Personally, what keeps me going is the fear that my weight would cause all kinds of health problems, and my family would suffer because of me. This is the kind of empathy that I feel Rob has gone through as well.

And who among us doesn’t want a quick and efficient solution to our weight problem? Being a person with past of overweight, Rob has this insight as well. What inspires me is that when most of us just acts like a sheep and continues to follow the next weight loss quick fix, Rob Poulos somehow has the motivation to find himself the system that is most efficient, natural, effective, and safe to get rid of that extra pounds and keep it of.

Rob knows he found a working technique for him when he eventually lost 42 lb., 10 inches off his waist, with his workout system. His wife, Kalen was having trouble with weight as well, and when he shared the system with her, she lost 59lbs., going from size 12 to size 4. When he was sure that this technique would give people results, he released it to the public in the form of the FBF system.
